Song of the Day

I don't know about everyone else, but my most favorite thing in the world is music. I listen to music constantly and when I find a song that I absolutely love, I listen to it over and over again...

As I was listening to a ton of my favorite songs the other day, I fell in love yet again with the song Near to You by A Fine Frenzy. Alison Sudol, the lead singer of A Fine Frenzy, has a warm and sultry voice that I love listening to. I highly recommend this song on her album Once Cell in the Sea.

New Obsession

Leather jackets.... My new obsession. I have always admired the motorcycle look of a classic leather jacket and no longer do rock stars, bikers, punks or goths have the advantage of a leather jacket, but every day women. When coming to terms, leather jackets define masculinity and strength, and when I see women walking in my home town mall or even in the grocery store, all I can think is how inspiring they are to be able to show that level of strength, even if it is only a leather jacket. Olivia Newton John's new good girl gone greaser transformation as "Sandy" on my favorite summer movie Grease, had even Danny Zuko gawking. So as the new trend progresses, I will hold dear that special Christmas present of mine, my new leather jacket.
